This note covers the contact form on anonylabs.com. The site itself uses no analytics, and AnonyLabs sets no cookies.
- Anony Labs, Oude Apeldoornseweg 45-067, 7333 NR Apeldoorn, Netherlands — contact [at] anonylabs.com. Registration with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) is pending; the KvK number will follow.
- The form collects your email address, your name if you give one, and your message. The time of sending is added to the email.
- Only to read and answer your message.
- Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where you ask us to take steps before a possible agreement; otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in answering messages sent to us.
- Your message is delivered as an email to the mailbox above, hosted by InstantNodes in the EU. It is not stored on the web server. We keep it only as long as needed for the conversation.
- The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a service of Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), to tell people from bots. It loads only when you open the contact panel and processes technical data about your browser and connection under Cloudflare’s own terms: the Turnstile Privacy Addendum and the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
- You can ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, and object to its use, by writing to the address above. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
